Ricardo has extensive leadership experience in building and leading top-performing global and cross-regional sales teams in MNCs and SMEs, managing innovative cost-effective initiatives and increasing revenue and market share growth.

Jane Tham

Director, Human Resources
Bosch Southeast Asia

Jane Tham is director of human resources at Bosch in Southeast Asia. She is responsible in driving HR topics in the region that includes areas such as leadership, learning & development, compensation and benefits. She has amassed more than 17 years of local as well as regional experience specializing in human resources, having worked in industries such as marine, food packaging and aerospace across countries like Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia.

Jane studied human resources management and marketing at the Singapore Human Resources Institute and Deakin University. She joined the Bosch Southeast Asia human resources team in 2010.

Lok Chun Hao

Global Supply Chain Director
Huntsman Corporation

Chun Hao is currently the Huntsman Textile Effects Global Supply Chain Director for Integrated Planning, covering Demand Planning, Site Supply Chain and Supply Chain Excellence. He is also leading an end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation project for the division as the Transformation Director. Chun Hao has about 20 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain, having worked for European and American companies across both electronics and chemicals industries, spending his years working primarily in the APAC region and also holding global portfolios.

Eric is currently a Manager in the Supply Chain and Procurement Division at Robert Walters Singapore. He joined the organisation in 2017 as a consultant and was promoted twice to be the manager of his team. 
Before being a recruiter, Eric had 5 years of working experience in the civil service in international relations and urban planning.
