Dharmesh Arora

Dharmesh Arora is a Mechanical Engineer from University of Mumbai and holds the TRIUM Global Executive MBA degree. He began his career as a product engineer with Maruti Suzuki and after a successful stint, he joined General Motors, where he held key senior management and global leadership positions. In 2012, Dharmesh joined Schaeffler as CEO India and President Automotive business. Under his leadership, Schaeffler India consolidated its position as a leading supplier of high-quality components and systems for industrial and automotive applications. He successfully led the merger of 3 Indian entities to form one strong Schaeffler entity in India. Since October 2019 he has been Regional CEO Asia/Pacific for the Schaeffler Group and is based in Singapore.

Kevin Fernando

President, Growth Initiatives Asia
Stanley Black & Decker

Dr. Kevin Fernando is currently the President, Growth Initiatives Asia with Stanley Black & Decker in the Global Tools & Storage division. A seasoned global executive with more than 28 years of industrial experience across the multiple industries. Prior to his current role, he has held various executive leadership positions: President Asia Pacific, NA Industrial & Global Electronics (Engineered Fastening), Vice President Global Operations, Chief Operating Officer Infastech Co. Ltd. & Vice President Strategy, HR & IT Acument Global Technologies. He has had full P&L responsibility leading global and regional teams for more than a decade. In the earlier part of his career, he had the opportunity to lead teams across various functions. He is the author of eight books and has a strong passion for continuous learning.

Tsu Shien Teoh

Henkel Malaysia

As the President of Henkel Malaysia, Tsu-Shien Teoh oversees the businesses and operations of Henkel in the country. Concurrently, Tsu-Shien is the Head of Adhesive Technologies for Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific business director for the consumer goods businesses of Henkel Adhesive Technologies. Tsu-Shien is based in Kuala Lumpur. Overall, Tsu-Shien has more than 20 years of experience in the adhesive industry. Her roles include leadership positions in sales, key account management, business development as well as supply chain, where she had led various Asia-Pacific transformation projects. Tsu-Shien graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia, majoring in Industrial Chemistry. She also has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.

Joanne Chua

Regional Client Development Director – Asia

As the Regional Client Development Director for Asia, Joanne is responsible for identifying and developing long-term and trusted partnerships with clients across the region. She joined Robert Walters in 2006 as a Consultant in Robert Walters’ HR specialist recruitment division and was subsequently promoted to Senior Consultant, Manager and Associate Director managing a few divisions. In 2015, Joanne stepped into the role of Client Development Director, a newly created role in the company. Over the years, the geographical remit of her role expanded to what it is today, testament to the geographical footprint of Robert Walters in this region.
