Helen has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment.  Her  recruitment career started in the Robert Walters London office in 1999. She has dedicated the last 2 decades to supporting trainee article clerks across South Africa and prides herself in providing impartial advice for those looking to make that all important next move as qualified CA.  Helen has organised 21 consecutive years of sponsorship and events for the JACASS, TAS and DnD social committees.   She runs the annual CA SA Roadshow for 3rd year article clerks and has hosted numerous SA CA Networking events across the UK and Netherlands. She is well known in the South African CA community for being the “go-to person” for candidates looking for career advice.

Megan has been a Consultant, and subsequently Manager, at RW London & RW Johannesburg since September 2013.  Prior to this, she graduated from Cambridge University, and spent 5 years working in the Arts & Education sectors across the UK and Japan.  Specialising originally in Financial Services, she has worked successfully with many leading global brands, including Goldman Sachs, Barclays, HSBC, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Rand Merchant Bank, and First Rand Bank.  In addition to hands-on recruitment, she is a seasoned Account Manager, and a skilled problem-solver.
