His knowledge and passion has helped him become an expert on navigating through equity compensation.

Emilie is the Senior Manager of the Go-to-Market, Operations, and Finance team for the Robert Walters Los Angeles office. She began her career in recruitment with Robert Walters in Paris until she took her talents and passion for the startup space and tech industry to Santa Monica. Her experience working in the current talent market has helped her gain a deep understanding of the importance of equity compensation and how it works from working with clients and candidates.

Michael is the Manager of the Finance and Accounting team for the Robert Walters Los Angeles office. He began his recruitment career with Robert Walters in South Africa and the UK working in the finance sector before he took his talents to California. Working in one of the biggest FinTech and startup hubs in the world, on the rise, his financial background has helped him expand his knowledge of equity compensation and the impact it has on those working within the startup ecosystem.
