Andrea Henry

As a Diversity and Inclusion practitioner and Employee Experience expert, Andrea Henry has worked for a number of organisations including Spotify and Collinson - where she was the first global Director of D&I at the global loyalty brand.

Andrea is used to being part of a People & Culture leadership team, driving efforts to improve and encourage inclusive environments and working closely with senior leaders.

In the past she has set up a number of supportive initiatives including The Confidence Club, a space which was dedicated to supporting women through mentoring, events and talks, is a Wellbeing Coach, a podcast host for No More Long Talk and she was nominated for a We Are The City Award in 2018.

Winnie Annan-Forson

Winnie Annan-Forson is an award-winning Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Royal Mail. She has extensive experience across various HR disciplines including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, HR Strategy and Partnering, Retail and Business Banking. She is an ICF-accredited coach and is passionate about creating equitable spaces that enable underrepresented groups to thrive and spends a lot of time advocating for positive outcomes for others. Winnie is a Black British Business Awards Professional Services, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Tech and We Are The City Rising Star Award winner, recognized for building diverse communities that drive social change. She is a first-generation immigrant raised in Ghana, West Africa, is Christian and is married with two daughters.

Trishna Naik

In 2021 I was appointed as the D&I Manager at Jaguar Land Rover to grow and support a more diverse workforce ensuring a culture of belonging and inclusivity where everyone can be their authentic selves.

I have 10 years of experience working in various industries including Software, Energy and Automotive with my background largely in Procurement and Contract Management alongside employee engagement, volunteering and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Having varied lived experiences of DEI throughout my career and prior, being a 2nd generation British Indian woman and a manager before 30. I hold a unique mix of passion, lived experience, commercial and fresh approach to DEI.

I have always had a keen interest in the Global landscape of the business world and continue to utilise this in my role as Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager in a global company.

Tom Lakin

Tom leads the Consultancy practice at Robert Walters Group and has advised clients on minimising bias in recruitment since 2015.  Tom has an MA in Career Development, specialising in the career journeys of under-represented individuals and studied Business Sustainability management at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership, University of Cambridge. Tom is an out gay man and founded the LGBTQ Pride Network at Robert Walters Group.
