David took up the position of CFO in eShopWorld in September 2019 with over 30 years’ experience in the financial and technology sectors. He joined from Oasis Group where he managed the Group Finance function to support an aggressive growth agenda. Prior to that, Manifold spent almost a decade at Aer Lingus as Director of Integration and Corporate Strategy Director.

Mark is Group Director of Finance for Flutter Entertainment plc. Since joining Paddy Power plc in 2010, Mark has held various senior positions across Group Finance, including the significant roles he played during the transformational mergers of Paddy Power and Betfair in 2016, and more recently this year when Paddy Power Betfair completed a merger with The Stars Group. Having originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PWC, Mark left practice to develop a career in Financial Services, where he led a range of finance teams which partnered with Retail, Corporate, and Investment Banking businesses.

Lesa McDonagh

Lesa is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is currently Head of Group Performance Reporting in the Finance Division of Bank of Ireland. She has 20 years’ experience across various roles in the Bank, having previously worked in Finance, Group Internal Audit and a number of senior roles across multiple product lines in the Retail Division. Lisa is a member of the Audit Committee of the Department of Justice and Equality, and the Social Entrepreneurs of Ireland, and a Non-Executive Board member of New Ireland Assurance Company.
