Jay has over 10 years of experience working in New York City to San Francisco and now Singapore – he has almost seen it all in the design world.

He is currently working for Grab, based in Singapore and prior to that, he had worked for Twitter, Pinterest and Yahoo. Jay is an adjunct professor at CCA in San Francisco and has taught and spoken in China for ACG. He's also worked on notable projects such as the Bay Lights, Gaspar Brasserie, San Francisco's Park System SFPark, and recently redesigned GrabFood. Most recently, his journey has taken him from designing within the western world ideals to now learning and adapting to Southeast Asia's culture and technology.

Simon is a product design leader with 10 years of experience. Certified by IDEO, he is a proponent of design thinking and product-led growth. During the past 3 years Simon designed experiences for numerous companies and advisors, including The Big Four at Ansarada, Australian SAAS company and a global leader in virtual data rooms.

He has previously made shopping more effortless for customers of Lazada and crafted meaningful AI-driven insights at Sentifi. His journey with design started more than 10 years ago in Russia, working in e-commerce, software, and gaming industries.

Kate is currently a recruitment consultant at Robert Walters Vietnam’s Tech & Transformation team, where she specialises in recruiting product development and UX/UI design talent.

She has over five years of experience in diverse sectors, including banking, technology, and recruitment, across the UK and Vietnam.
