Gonzalo Hernandez

Finance Director
Electrolux Vietnam


Gonzalo is currently the Finance Director for Electrolux Vietnam and is responsible for all finance functions and leads sustainable growth and company profitability, working with commercial and market areas through sharing and implementing best financial and commercial practices. Prior to this, he was Business Controller for Electrolux in Andean Region covering Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. He also worked in regional positions in Brightstar Corp a multinational company that serve wireless industry. He was in charge to elaborate regional finance budget and coordinate short- and long-term strategy.

Gonzalo is experienced in emerging markets LATAM & SEA and has over 15 years of experience working with multinational companies across different financial functions. He is a strategic thinker with strong leadership and capable of building excellent business relationships in multicultural environments.

Le Ngoc Lien Hoa

Hafele Vietnam


Le Ngoc Lien Hoa is currently the CFO of Hafele Vietnam. Hoa is an accomplished management professional with over 18 years of leadership experience in different enterprises including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Friesland Campina Vietnam, Bel Vietnam, DHL Supply Chain Vietnam. She has proven track record in financial management, team transformation and development, business transformation, with a people-oriented and client-centric mindset.

Hoa is also an alumni of RMIT Vietnam, graduating with an Executive Master of Business Administration, focused in strategic business leadership, leading people & organisation, design thinking, managing business operation.

She has been leading digitalisation initiatives such as RPA for supplier’s invoice, e-filing system, e-contract signing, BI reports, etc. that helped to improve operation efficiencies and enhance employee’s satisfaction across the organisation.

Phu Nguyen

Country Finance Manager
ASEA Brown Boveri (ABB) Vietnam

Phu is currently the CFM at ABB VietNam, a leading global technology company. As part of executive leadership team, Phu is driving partnership between finance and strategy, managing risk and compliance, and also responsible for business transformation. Prior to this, she was the APAC Regional Business Controller at Tetra Pak, a leading packaging company worldwide.

Having more than 13 years’ experience in various finance aspect, Phu has implemented many digitalisation projects in finance to create significant improvements in operations, hence effectiveness and efficiency for the company.

Silvia Quirino

Manager, Commerce Finance, Legal & HR

Silvia joined Robert Walters in 2011 and started her journey at Robert Walters Sao Paulo, Brazil office. She later moved to the Philippines office in 2016, where she recruited top management talent within the commerce and finance sectors, and then to Vietnam in 2019.

Her scope than expanded from the Manager of the commerce finance division to Manager of commerce finance, legal and HR divisions at Robert Walters Vietnam.

Silvia’s extensive experience within the staffing & hiring industry, her prior auditing experience at a Big 4 company, as well as her investor relations experience at an IR consultancy, has made her passionate about recruitment and truly understanding of the needs of clients and candidates and delivering it accordingly.
