Khun Thanachai Mahdcha is the Country HR Director for Valeo and ASEAN HR Director for Ichikoh, a Valeo company. Valeo is an automotive supplier and partner to automakers worldwide and as a technology company, they design innovative solutions for smart mobility, with a particular focus on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions. Khun Thanachai is responsible for and leads the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures in all operations sites, the deployment of all HR processes (C&B, employee relations, HRIS, employee engagement, talent development and retention program).

With over 27 years of experience across different HR aspects especially in the HR operations, he has been a part of various HR projects and created significant improvements in operations, with HR synergies approach, from both Thailand and other ASEAN countries.

Khun Orawan Jitpaiboon

Senior Manager, HRBP & Asia Pacific Talent Management

Khun Orawan Jitpaiboon serves as the HRBP for Director Manufacturing Management and supports manufacturing plant goals for Cardinal Health. She creates strong business partnerships with leaders serving as a strategic advisor for associate relations issues, offering recommendations on corporate guideline and gives indications for the development of the activity or the feasibility of projects. She also manages the APAC talent management program for next generation leaders and future talent and supports global learning & development journey and acts as advisor for learning and development implementation for APAC countries.

Khun Orawan brings with her over 20 years of experience in human resource management for multinational companies acting as HR business partner and for HR operations, talent management, talent acquisitions and project management.

Khun Jirawit Taengko
