Sirilux is Akzo Nobel’s Managing Director for Thailand’s decorative paints business unit. Her responsibilities include growing the decorative paints business in Thailand by improving competitiveness and expanding the company’s leading market positions.

She joined Akzo Nobel Thailand in 2018 as a Sales Director, and prior to that, she has held similar key management positions in Henkel Thailand and Moongpattana Public Company. She has a proven track record of over 20 years in both FMCG and non-FMCG businesses of which 10 of them were in management roles.

Sirilux has extensive commercial experience in international companies, having been instrumental in the strategic development and sales growth of the Thai markets. Her notable achievements included a double-digit market share growth in a declining market and building high performing team to deliver company objectives.

Trakoon Songpiriyakij

Country General Manager
Groupe Seb, Thailand & Myanmar

Trakoon is currently the Country General Manager of Groupe SEB, in charge of Thailand and Myanmar. He brings with him over 16 years of commercial experience across various channels and industries, and his experience ranges from key account management and distributor management to trade marketing. Trakoon has led development of the business and people strategies across various business units and entire companies, with proven records on business performances, driven by a growth mindset in organisations.

He also had the opportunity to work with top, leading companies including Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmith-Kline and L’Oreal.

Rakchanok Tiwa

Manager, Sales & Marketing (B2B)
Robert Walters Thailand

Rakchanok started her career at Robert Walters Thailand in early 2015 as a consultant and is currently the manager of the sales & marketing team, B2B. She recruits for roles in all industries ranging from mid to senior level positions.

She and her team assist clients within the B2B sectors including automotive, chemical, energy, consumer electronics, building and constructions and general industry, both local and multinational companies in finding right talents for roles such as Sales Director, Marketing Director, Managing Director, Business Development Manager, and Commercial Director.

Kritsada Suthepakul

Principal, Supply Chain & Engineering
Robert Walters Thailand

Kritsada joined Robert Walters Thailand in early 2015 within the commerce finance team covering mid-level management positions in the manufacturing industry. In 2019, he was promoted to the manager of the commerce division and got the opportunity to oversee both both the Bangkok and the ESB teams. During 2020-2021, his scope was expanded further where he led the HR recruitment team for the ESB entity, supporting their business expansion strategies. Later in the year he was promoted to senior manager of the ESB operations and in early 2021 took on a new challenge as a principal consultant, supply chain and engineering.

Kritsada is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and prior to joining Robert Walters, he was an external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Thailand.
