Chutima is responsible for driving Thailand’s HR strategies to ensure organisation and the people roadmap supports the growth of the business in Thailand and across the globe. Her HR mission purpose is to make Gulf Energy Development become ‘a great energy company to work for’ and support of company’s vision ‘a trusted company that innovates to develop premier energy across boundaries.’

She brings with her more than 30 years of extensive HR experiences from diverse business environment including: Information Technology: Microsoft (Thailand) Ltd; Telecommunications: Nokia Siemens Networks Co. Ltd; Pharmaceutical: Novartis (Thailand) Co. Ltd, and many more.
Chutima has also been granted with numerous awards including: “Women Leadership Award 2017” from Thailand Women Leaders, an event by CMO Asia; “Executive of the Year 2019” by Foundation of the Thai Society and recently, “Most Fabulous HR Leaders” by CMO Asia from World HRD Congress.

Kittisak has over 29 years of professional experience in accounting & finance, including HRM, HRD, purchasing, IT, tax management, etc. with multinational companies. He is certified in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Green Belt (GE) and CFO Certification Program (FAP).
At Minor Food, he develops organisational strategies for the group by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction. He establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends and critical measurements determining the best approach to take.

Prior to joining Minor Food Group, he was a group CFO at Winvestment Co., Ltd, a commercial investment holding company and prior to that a Country Finance Director at AkzoNobel, Thailand.

Kanruthai Somchitrmool

Senior Consultant - Commerce Finance

Kanruthai specialises in recruiting mid to senior level management positions across various industries. Her functional knowledge and business partnering skills have enabled her to attract key clients to work with Robert Walters and has successfully made a number of significant placements. 

Prior to joining Robert Walters Thailand, Kanruthai worked as an External Auditor at PwC. She provided a range of services to clients with extensive industry specific experience within the energy sector. She also had experience providing multi-location audit for global and Thai listed companies where she had been able to develop and transfer her functional skills and knowledges as specialist recruitment consultant.

Senior Consultant - Commerce Finance

Tinnapop is a consultant in the commerce finance team and specialises in recruiting mid to senior level management positions across different industries. With his functional and market knowledge, he was able to make many placements when he first joined Robert Walters and was voted as the best Rookie in his year. His on on-going commitment to the business has seen him being promoted to a Senior Consultant in Q2 2021.

Prior to joining Robert Walters Thailand, Tinnapop worked as a Tax Consultant at PwC Thailand where he had provided tax advice for clients both domestically and internationally.
