Dr. Phayat is one Thailand’s leading value creator and innovation strategist. He is a thinker, writer and implementer and focuses on marketing, people management and innovation management. Currently he is a consultant for various organisations such as government organisations, state enterprises, academy eg. universities and colleges, public enterprise and several private organisations.

Prior to this, he was with Siam Cement Group (SCG) within the human resources and innovation function where he spent almost 20 years of his career life. From there, he exercised his hands-on knowledge and experience to help Mahidol University in technology transfer and commercialised the research knowledge, intellectual property and innovation through emphasising explicit link between the university with the private & public sector and also with the community.

Dr. Phayat also wrote a book on ‘human resource management’ and ‘innovation management’ published with Chulalongkorn University press where it became the bestseller at all time.
