Anders has over 10 years of experience in strategic development and retail experience enhancement for various fashion brands, with a specialisation in emerging market expansion.
His latest role include Chief Omnichannel Retail Officer at Pomelo, where he had been instrumental in transforming the business from its brand to its platform and expanding its SEA presence.
Prior to this, Anders has served as COO at the fast-growing lingerie chain, 6ixty8ight in Hong Kong, and various senior roles within H&M, including Managing Director for H&M’s first B2B business, Treadler. Today, Anders works as an independent advisor for a VC/Management Consultancy business across Asia, as well as being an angel investor.

Prior to this role, she successfully brought Central Online to the next level with the integration of O2O thanks to her 4 years of experience at Lazada before joining Central Group. She believes that the entry and disruption of e-commerce in retail businesses in Thailand and SEA is still challenging but will eventually succeed with an omni-channel strategy.
