Monty Sujanani
Country Manager (Singapore)
Monty’s journey with Robert Walters first started in China, where he recruited within the Technology & Telecommunications division. In 2015, he moved home to Singapore, where he recruited within the Technology – Sales, Projects and Infrastructure division. In 2018, he moved to the Philippines to head the Manila office. His most recent move sees him back in Singapore, where he leads the office as Country Manager.

Cheryl Cheung
Talent Acquisition Manager (South East Asia)
Cheryl is the Talent Acquisition Manager for Robert Walters South East Asia. She is responsible for bringing talented individuals into the organisation across the region. Over the years, she has worked closely with business heads and their management teams across the region to develop their talent acquisition strategy and roadmap, while managing the internal mobility moves of employees. On an ad hoc basis, she also delivers soft skills training.

Ling Xiang Lee
Principal Consultant (Sales & Marketing – B2B)
Ling started her career in recruitment as a consultant in 2013. She has steadily risen through the ranks and is now a Principal Consultant, covering sales and marketing roles in technology, industrial and professional services. Over the years, she has built up a reputation as a consultative, open and personable consultant with a strong understanding of her candidates’ motivations.

Bharath Balasubramanyam
Consultant (Supply Chain & Engineering)
Bharath entered the recruitment industry in 2018 after close to three years working in the engineering industry. As part of the supply chain and engineer desk, he recruits for mid- to senior level roles, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure market in Singapore. Before joining Robert Walters, he was a recruiter at another firm, doing technical recruitment for oil and gas projects for the APAC and Korea region.

Nathalie Chieng
Consultant (Finance & Governance)
One of Robert Walters Singapore’s newest consultants on the team, Nathalie currently recruits for front office and operational roles within the financial services desk. Seeking a role that provides more of a human touch, Nathalie decided to make a career move into recruitment. Prior to her career change, she was an auditor focusing on the healthcare, retail and financial services industries.
