Demystifying HR Sustainability in Malaysia

Watch on demand

The term sustainability is on the rise these days and it is used in multiple aspects to address the big question: How do we meet our employees’ needs today without compromising future generations from meeting their own needs? Within the HR context, sustainability challenges us to question our extravagance in the workplace, our overconsumption and wastage.

As organisations continue to strengthen their efforts to focus on sustainability in Malaysia, HR is seen to have a pivotal role in driving sustainable practices. What are key strategies that can be implemented and instilled within the organisation and how can HR ensure the commitment of its employees? What are the benefits of having a sustainable HR practice?

In this webinar, we have invited three dynamic speakers to share valuable insights on:
  • Best practices to drive sustainability
  • The sustainability gaps we see in HR today
  • Strategies on HR sustainability that help attract top talent.
