Dr Ben Hamer (CAHRI) is an industry awarded strategic human capital specialist and futurist. He leads the Future of Work agenda at PwC Australia, having previously worked at the World Economic Forum, where he played a lead role on the skills, work, and education.

In addition, Ben has a Professional Doctorate of Public Administration, which included time spent as a Visiting Scholar at Yale University. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours from the Australian National University, is an Adjunct Fellow at Swinburne University’s Centre for the New Workforce, and is a Certified Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Sinead Hourigan

Sinead Hourigan is the Queensland Managing Director for Robert Walters and has been recruiting in the Brisbane market since 2001. Recruiting across both the public and private sector, Sinead has assisted clients with a wide range of senior assignments ranging from executive management through to C-suite level roles. With an enviable network in the Brisbane market, Sinead calls upon her extensive network to work with clients in securing and attracting the best talent for their organisations.

Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Sinead worked within the ‘Big 4’ in Sydney, and previous to this, worked in executive positions within the Irish Government. Sinead is also a CEDA (Committee for Economic Development in Australia) Trustee in Queensland, QLD Council member of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce and is the former President of the RCSA (Recruitment Consulting Staffing Association), the peak body for the recruitment and staffing sector across ANZ.
