Luke is the Director of Global Services (A/NZ) for UiPath. The Global Services business comprises the Technical Partner Manager team, the Customer Success team and the Presales team. Luke joined UiPath late 2018 and prior to this he established KPMG Australia’s Robotics Centre of Excellence (RCoE). Between 2015 and 2018 Luke recruited a team of RPA developers, created the firm’s Robotics Execution Framework and Methodology (REFM) that drives the RCoE and engaged with all parts of the Australian firm to deliver automated processes, reducing operational expenses and driving efficiency.

Luke is an experienced project/program manager with over 15 years of experience in hardware and software sales and implementation projects.

Rik has spent nearly two decades in customer experience management, from operations to product and commercial. And then one day, she fell in love with the way technology has the potential to make humans better at being human.

Rik now heads up Stellar’s Intelligent Automation business, where she and her team of digital optimists are building and nurturing bots and tech solutions that bring out the best in people.

With experience in professional services and industry, Probir has overcome more challenges than most in the AI world, and is a key figure in the community here in Australia. Formerly a Director in IBM’s Cognitive Automation division, Probir now leads the Intelligent Automation practice at IAG.
