Vicky Hickey

Vicky has recently joined CBA as the CFO of Business Banking. Prior to working at CBA, Vicky was the CFO at AMP Bank and before that was a partner at KPMG for almost 10 years. Vicky is a mother of 2 boys, Tyson and Jack, and truly believes in equality. Vicky is passionate about:
  • helping others find their balance. Having worked flexibly for the past 9 years and seen the personal benefits her family has received, Vicky wants everyone to have the same opportunities. The recent COVID‐19 crisis has been a great example of how flexibility can really work;
  • investing in her teams and colleagues to help them achieve their goals. Vicky loves working in a team environment and helping others to achieve their goals and be the best they can be;

Kirsten Morton

Kirsten Morton is the CFO of Magellan Financial Group, a growing ASX listed funds management business headquartered in Australia managing circa A$90bn funds under management.  She joined Magellan in June 2013 and in her CFO role she is responsible for the Group’s finance, investment operations and back office support functions both in Australia and US. She is also a director of the Group’s main operating entity, Magellan Asset Management Limited.

Kirsten built her career at PwC starting in the insolvency and business reconstruction team in 1994. She has also held the role of Corporate Reporting Manager at Fairfax Media (2006-2008), Head of Finance at GPT (2008-2010) and Colonial First State (property) (2010 – 2013). Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Business, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and National Association of Corporate Directors (US). Kirsten is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Science – Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics in the US.

Anna joined Clearmatch as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Markets and as an Executive Director in December 2017. Prior to that she was Chief Financial Officer of SocietyOne, Australia’s pioneering and leading marketplace lender, for two years where she was responsible for all of the company’s financial management functions. Her work with the company saw her named as CFO of the Year at the 2017 Women in Finance Awards and she was also a finalist in the Female FinTech Leader of the Year categories at both the FinTech Australia and Australian FinTech awards for 2017.

Heidi is passionate about people development and throughout her career has focused on developing great teams with a strong depth and breadth for personal growth. Across her 20 years of leading finance functions for global organisations, Heidi has managed teams of up to 100 people, in up to 8 geographical locations. Her industry experience spans across travel, materials and minerals, and most recently retail having begun her career with Ernst & Young.  Heidi sees herself as a leader of change who proactively reviews, challenges and adjusts processes and procedures to drive positive business performance.
