A double degree graduate in the field of Accounting and Finance, he has always instilled the relevance of empirical financial doctrines in his corporate professional engagements throughout his career lattice.
Binder has also developed a deep passion for the development and empowerment of finance professionals within and outside his organisations and especially focused on talent retention and upskilling to always uphold his ethos of a Darwinian approach towards business problem
solving.
Previously having held a multitude of financial roles managing across Asia, Middle-East and the US, Binder is currently the ASEAN Finance Director for Informa Markets overseeing all aspects of business commercial finance and mentors a staff of 6 across the
region.

Joanne Tsung is a Chartered Global Management Accountant recognised for her entrepreneurial and leadership acumen. Her commercial skills, strategic vision and transformational mindset puts her in a pivotal position to analyse information, advise strategy and drive business success. Being the spark that ignites the change in any organisation that she leads, she is also the flame that sees it through.
During her 22 years with Hewlett-Packard/DXC, Joanne had held various prominent finance leadership roles and was the trusted Finance Business Partner for Country Managing Directors and Business Leaders for the Countries and Region that she managed.
In her current role at WPP, as the Managing Director – SEA for Financeplus, she has successfully built a Finance Shared Service Center that provides Global Business Services to WPP Operating Companies in the region.

Pankaj Kabra works at HP Inc Singapore as their Regional Finance Director. His role covers strategising, defining, influencing and implementing actions to drive growth, increase margins, maximise cash-flow, automate processes and develop high calibre teams.
Pankaj’s career has covered FP&A, Controllership, Pricing, Consulting and Commercial management across big 4 and technology companies. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Indian Institute and a Certified Public Accountant from the American Institute.
Running, playing badminton, volunteering, spending time with family and honing his investment skills fuels his energy and balance.

In her current role at Robert Walters, she currently specialises in recruiting for Senior Commerce Finance roles covering industrial and FMCG industries. She first started her career in HSBC corporate marketing, followed by corporate sales in Dun and Bradstreet. Her passion for meeting new people brought her to the recruitment industry and she has not looked back since.
