Faye has worked for the Robert Walters Group since 2003, looking after marketing activity in APAC, then transferring to London to oversee the growing network of Robert Walters EMEA offices.

Nik now heads up the EMEA strategy for Powerhouse Hub responsible for business operations, growth and strategic partnerships.

With 15 years’ experience within recruitment and HR technology, Tom advises major employers on all aspects of innovation in recruitment from fresh approaches in sourcing to meritocratic hiring and the benefits (and challenges) of Artificial Intelligence. At Resource Solutions, Tom has delivered pioneering innovation projects including AI sourcing, chatbot screening and behavioural insights studies to minimise bias in recruitment.
